All Standard and Express orders are shipped with Lithuania Post.

*Delivery time frame begins from the time the parcel is collected by Lithuania Post.
All deliveries must be signed for upon arrival. If you are not present to sign, Lithuania Post will leave your parcel at the closest Lithuania Post Office. We do not offer an "Authority To Leave" option. We recommend you indicate your daytime address for delivery purposes.
Please allow an extra 2-3 days for your online order to be dispatched due to a high volume of orders during our sale period.

PREORDER
Preorder items will be shipped from the month listed on the product page at the time of placing your order. Should there be any delays due to unforeseen circumstances, we will update you by email on any changes to the arrival date.
CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately, with email title 'Order Cancellation' and the order number. Unfortunately, once your order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel your order. Items on preorder cannot be cancelled once placed.
Please note that orders placed during the sale or promotional periods, such as the ‘End of Season Sale', cannot be changed or cancelled once the order has been placed.
Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons, such as:
- Item(s) not available
- Difficulty in processing your payment information
- Unable to ship to address provided
- Duplicate order was placed
If your order is cancelled by us, you will be immediately refunded and will receive an email confirmation informing you of the cancellation.
MISSED OR RETURNED DELIVERIES
If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable - whether due to incorrect address details, non-response to delivery notifications or failure to track the parcel etc. - an additional shipping & handling fee will apply to have it re-sent.

REFUSED DELIVERIES
- If you refuse or fail to accept a shipment from Stellino you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees or customs charges that are incurred on the package and the cost of returning the package to Stellino
- Upon receiving your refused delivery, we will process a refund for your order, minus the aforementioned shipping charges.
DUTIES+TAXES
For customers outside of Lithuania, your order may be subject to international duties and taxes when the parcel arrives at the destination country. These taxes and duties are required to be paid by the customer upon delivery. Please note that the shipping carrier may not release the parcel without prior payment for these fees.
Stellino cannot be held responsible for any actions, costs, or delays caused due to these customs processes over which we have no control. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information about possible duties and taxes.
Lithuania’s 10% GST is not charged on international orders. This tax will automatically be removed at checkout once your delivery address is complete.
